A booking event is created in Microsoft Teams to facilitate collaboration between drivers, dispatchers, and clients. A calendar invitation to join the booking event is sent to all involved parties.

The driver updated the booking event with their starting GPS location and the departure time. This information is posted in the Teams event chat, serving as a record for reference.

Upon reaching the pick-up location, the driver will update the Teams event with the GPS location and the pick-up time.

The driver collects the job, or goods, for delivery.

The booking event is updated with photos of the loaded goods, providing a visual record of the goods' condition and quantity before transit.

Regular updates are provided in the booking event through out transit, ensuring all parties are informed of the delivery progress.

Upon arrival at the delivery location, the driver updates the Teams even with the current GPS location and the delivery time.

The goods are delivered to the client.

Following the delivery, the driver uploads photos of the unloaded goods in the Teams event chat. This serves as a visual confirmation of successful delivery and the condition of the goods upon arrival.

With all delivery information updated and recorded in the Teams even, the booking event is concluded and closed.
